How to create an account?

All you need to do is to click on the “Login” button which is on the top right of the page, and select to “Register”. After you complete all your personal information on the register form page, you will receive an email confirmation in your inbox to confirm your email.

Once you confirm your email, you will be able to login and have access to the account so you can proceed with the verification of your account.

Make sure you check your SPAM folder, as sometimes the email is being sent there depending on your security settings.

What do I need to verify my account?

In order to verify your account you must provide to BST Xchange the following documents:

1. Identification Document:

  • Passport – A clear Passport Full Copy (4 corners and MRZ lines)
  • OR
  • Identification Card (“ID”) AND Driving License (“DL”)

Notes: For EU clients an Identification Card ONLY is sufficient.

2. Residence Document:

A document that was issued to your name, issued within the last 3 months where it shows your current residence.

Such documents are:

  • water bill
  • electricity
  • telephone bill
  • bank statement
  • bank reference letter
  • tax bill
  • municipality bill

Notes: Documents such as: Mobile phone bill, insurance statement, electronically generated documents are not accepted.

3. For Credit card deposits:

BST Xchange asks for:

  • Front copy of the credit card, where the first four and last four numbers, the name, expiration date are shown.
  • Back copy of the credit card, where the CVC is covered.

Note: All four corners of the credit card must be within the picture.

Does BST Xchange accept corporate accounts?

Yes. If you want to register a corporate account, please send an email to support@bstxchange.com. Note that each corporate application will be verified on a case-by-case basis.

What can I do if I want to reset my password?

In order to reset your password, you need to login to your account, go to “Profile” and select “Password” section. From there you need to follow the instructions to reset your password.

What is the wallet address?

A wallet is a digital place for your digital coins are stored and is a unique 26-35-digit combination of letters and numbers. To receive your exchanged cryptocurrencies, you need to provide the wallet.

What cryptocurrencies are available on BST Xchange’ platform?

BST Xchange currently provides exchange for BTC and ETH.

How do I start buying cryptocurrencies on BST Xchange’ platform?

You need to have an account with BST Xchange in order to start exchange.

If you have an account you need to login onto your account, select “Exchange” and enter the amount you wish to exchange from fiat currency (EUR or USD) to cryptocurrency (BTC or ETH).

Then select the payment method you prefer, either via Credit Card or Bank transfer. By clicking “exchange” you need to fill out your digital wallet address where the cryptocurrencies will be sent.

How do I find the bank details of BST Xchange if I want to make a wire transfer?

After selecting “Bank transfer” on the exchange page and entering your e-wallet address, a new form for IBAN request will pop up where you need to write some general information of the bank account you will send the funds from in order for us to send you back the bank details for your transfer.

When will the funds I’ve made via a bank transfer be received?

The date of receipt of the funds depends not only by our bank but also on the client’s bank. Usually, it takes 1-3 business days.

How do I cancel my transaction?

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once money is sent, it cannot be rolled back.

What are the fees?

2% for bank transfers and 5.5% for credit cards.

Why is my wallet address not accepted?

If your wallet address is not accepted when you add it on your order, the wallet box will be marked as red, which means that he wallet address is wrong.

Most likely, there was a typo or a character missing in the address you provided.

Make sure that the address you specify matches the actual address of your wallet.

Another reason might be that the wallet you intend to use does not support the currency you want to exchange.

Where I can see my order history?

By login onto your account, you can see all the orders you have created and the status of each one at section “Transactions”.

Security and Safety
How can I increase the security of my account?

BST Xchange is giving you the option to add an extra verification process to your account and you can find it at your account with the name “Two Factor Authentication”.

This feature provides stronger security to your BST Xchange account by requiring a second step of verification when you login.

You can enable it by login onto your account, go to “Profile” and then select “Two Factor Authentication” and follow the steps that are written on that page.
